2. Purpose of the website

The website presents ONBIT MEDIA and its IT&C services and lets you request a quote or send a question. The information is general and descriptive.

3. Requesting a quote

You can request a quote through the contact form, by email or by phone. A request does not create obligations for either party. A quote becomes binding only once it is accepted under the conditions stated in the quote or once the contract is signed.

4. Non-binding descriptions

Service descriptions, examples and any prices shown on the website are for information. The actual services, support levels, timescales and prices are those set out in the quote and the signed contract.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, the ONBIT MEDIA logo and the other elements of the website belong to ONBIT MEDIA S.R.L. or are used under licence. Reproducing or using them for anything other than personal consultation requires the prior written consent of ONBIT MEDIA S.R.L., except where the law allows it. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to separate pages, such as the ONBIT Secure product site (in Romanian) and the Client portal, which have their own terms and policies, as well as to third-party websites. ONBIT MEDIA is not responsible for the content of third-party websites.

7. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and the website available, but errors, interruptions or maintenance may occur. To the extent permitted by law, ONBIT MEDIA is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the website. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the courts with jurisdiction under the law.
