We assess before we act
We identify the type of incident, the affected systems and the available options. Depending on the situation, recovery may require additional procedures or work with specialised laboratories.
Confidentiality
We agree the access and processing conditions before any work starts, in line with contractual confidentiality requirements.
Recovery and prevention
Once the incident has been assessed, we can also propose backup measures to reduce the risk of similar losses.
The outcome depends on the nature of the incident and the condition of the storage media. Data recovery cannot be guaranteed before assessment.
