Physical work on IT infrastructure needs people who can follow precise technical procedures, check equipment and document what they do. ONBIT provides Remote Hands services for work on servers, racks and network equipment, at the agreed locations and times.
Procedures
We carry out the work based on the instructions and access conditions agreed with you.
Hardware
Services can include installing and replacing components, mounting equipment, checking connections and other physical operations on the infrastructure; operational conditions are confirmed for each project.
Reporting
When the work is done, we can provide a report, photos and the evidence agreed in the contract.
