Our goal

www.onbit.ro is developed and tested against Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, in Romanian and English. This is a working target, not a certification.

What we have done

• full keyboard navigation, with a “Skip to content” link and visible focus;
• semantic structure: header, navigation, main content and footer, ordered headings, one main heading per page;
• checked contrast for text and buttons (text on orange buttons is black);
• the language of each page correctly declared (Romanian or English) and an RO | EN switch that leads to the equivalent page;
• a form with explicit labels, errors shown next to fields and in a summary, with no CAPTCHA;
• menus whose state is announced to screen readers, and a mobile menu usable from the keyboard;
• respect for the reduced-motion preference and correct display at 200% zoom and on narrow screens.

How we tested

Automated testing with axe-core and contrast checks on every template, in both languages, plus manual keyboard testing at widths from 320 to 1440 px.

Known limitations

The ONBIT Secure product site and the Client portal are separate websites with their own accessibility conditions.
